1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the Raiment Jewelry & Co website at raimentjewelryco.com ("Site") or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Raiment Jewelry & Co ("Raiment," "we," "us," or "our") is an online jewelry retailer operating at raimentjewelryco.com. We sell premium jewelry including Cuban link chains, moissanite pieces, tennis bracelets, pendants, earrings, rings, and related accessories.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or orders where pricing errors have occurred.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to display products accurately however we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors and details will be completely accurate.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order — this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order ships.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information including your email address and payment details so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. SHIPPING

We ship orders via Alibaba Logistics (Standard, 8–10 business days) and DHL Express (4–5 business days) at an additional charge. Processing time is 1–3 business days. 7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged items in original condition. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. For full details please review our Refund & Return Policy.

All content on this Site including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the overall design and layout ("Content") is the property of Raiment Jewelry & Co or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from our Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:

14. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

All moissanite products sold by Raiment Jewelry & Co are genuine VVS1 D-grade moissanite stones set in S925 sterling silver or stainless steel. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone and is not a diamond. We do not represent any products as natural diamonds. All product descriptions accurately reflect the materials used.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class action or representative action.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Raiment Jewelry & Co operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
