At Raiment Jewelry & Co, we stand behind every piece we sell. If something isn't right with your order, we will make it right.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Any item that has been worn, resized, or damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours your order may have already been submitted to our fulfillment partner and we cannot guarantee cancellation. Email us immediately at [your email] if you need to cancel.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds
